จากการวิเคราะห์การใช้งานบล็อกเชนทั่วโลก การประกาศของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการเวียดนาม (MoET) ถือเป็นการใช้งานบล็อกเชนระดับชาติที่สำคัญที่สุดแห่งปี 2021
